Refund eligibility depends on the confirmed tour terms, cancellation timing, weather conditions, and whether services have already been arranged for the guest.
Weather cancellation
If the operator cancels a tour because conditions are unsafe, Pendaki Social Club will offer rescheduling or a refund according to the confirmed booking agreement.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through the available payment channel. Bank or provider processing times may vary.
